EEivox

Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Eivox handles information when you use the Eivox iOS application and related pages at eivoxhouse.com.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Eivox features, account and service activity, local app storage, login choices, community safety tools, purchases, and the legal pages published on the Eivox website.

2. Login and account information

When you use Apple or Google sign-in, Eivox receives a provider user identifier and may receive your name, email address, or profile image, depending on your provider choices. Apple may provide name and email only during the first authorization. Guest access creates an identifier for the guest session and does not require an email address.

3. Care data and user-generated content

Information you choose to add may include pet names and profiles, care schedules, feeding and activity records, caregiver details, notes, photos, voice notes, community posts and comments, likes, feedback, and related timestamps. Content you publish to the community, together with the profile information displayed beside it, can be visible to other users.

4. Reports, blocks, and moderation data

When you report a post, comment, or account, Eivox may process the reporter and reported account identifiers, the reported content, the selected reason, any details you provide, timestamps, technical context, and the moderation outcome. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. When you block an account, Eivox records the relationship needed to remove that account's posts and comments from your community views and to maintain the block across supported sessions. This information is used to investigate reports, prevent repeated abuse, enforce community rules, and protect users and the service.

5. Consumable purchase information

For consumable products purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, Eivox may process the product identifier, transaction and original-transaction identifiers, purchase date, validation result, refund or revocation status, storefront, ownership type, credited value, and the Eivox account associated with delivery. Apple processes payment credentials and billing; Eivox does not receive your full payment-card number.

6. Permissions

Camera access is used when you choose to take a photo. Photo-library access is used when you choose an existing image. Microphone access is used when you record a voice note. Notification access is used for care reminders. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.

7. Service, safety, and diagnostics data

When online, purchase, or community services are used, Eivox may process app and operating-system version, device and account identifiers, language, timestamps, feature events, transaction-validation results, crash or error information, network address, reports, blocked-account records, content-filtering results, and security signals. We use only the data reasonably needed for service delivery, purchase fulfillment, fraud prevention, moderation, support, reliability, and legal compliance.

8. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate the pet care workspace, schedule reminders, preserve care history, deliver consumable purchases, support caregiver handoffs, publish and personalize community content, filter potentially objectionable submissions, investigate reports, hide content from blocked accounts, enforce rules, prevent fraud and abuse, remember preferences, provide support, and improve security and reliability.

9. Storage and retention

Some pet care data, selected images, voice notes, preferences, and login-session details may be stored in the app area on your device. Information used for accounts, synchronized user content, reports, blocks, moderation, purchase validation, security, or support may also be retained by service providers or Eivox systems for as long as reasonably needed to provide the feature, resolve disputes, prevent repeated abuse, maintain transaction and tax records, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or restricted legal and safety records.

10. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with Apple or Google for login, Apple for payment and transaction processing, infrastructure and support providers acting for Eivox, moderators or safety providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, animals, rights, and service security. Public user content is shared with other users. Eivox does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party behavioral advertising in the current version.

11. International processing

Depending on where you live and where service providers operate, information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for such transfers.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed for the sensitivity of the information and the enabled service. No device, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, so protect your device passcode and Apple or Google account and report suspected unauthorized access.

13. Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete care items and your user content, manage iOS permissions, report posts and comments, block or unblock accounts, sign out, clear supported local data, or use available account-deletion controls. You can also manage Apple or Google authorization in the provider's settings. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection by contacting us. Identity verification or lawful retention may be required.

14. Purchase records and account deletion

Deleting an Eivox account does not reverse a completed Apple purchase or automatically create a refund. Some transaction identifiers, credited-value history, fraud-prevention records, moderation decisions, and legally required records may be retained after account deletion, limited to the purposes that require retention.

15. Children and family use

Eivox is not directed to children who cannot provide valid consent under applicable law. A parent or guardian should supervise use where local law requires it.

16. Policy updates

We may update this policy when Eivox features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date.

17. Contact

Privacy questions, rights requests, or safety concerns can be sent to eivoxinfo@eivoxhouse.com.
